Gary has been singing and playing lead guitar in various New Orleans bands continuously since 1967. His experienced ranges from playing big band music with The Blue Parody Orchestra to the classic rock sounds of the early 70s group Odessa. He appeared on the first WRNO Rock Album and was one of the winners of the Willie Nelson Marlboro Country Music Contest. But it has been his twelve plus years with West End that has enabled him to bring all of those musical influences together. Whether it is songs by Carlos Santana, Eric Clapton, Brian Setzer or Terry Kath of Chicago, you will relive their solos through Gary's Fender Stratocaster. His vocal range and versatility are showcased in the classic Unchained Melody by the Righteous Brothers and the rocking La Vida Loca by Ricky Martin. |
